Here at the Local Business we have a room to suit everyone. No matter if you are coming to explore the Isle of Wight alone, with a family or as a couple you will find a room that is perfect for you right here. Our location in Sandown also means that you have some wonderful attractions and things to do and see right on your doorstep.

For the travellers that have come to explore on their own we have some great single en-suite rooms. Each room has a comfortable single bed, hairdryer, tea and coffee making equipment and TV. The en-suite facilities have both shower and bath available.

We have double en-suites that come with a comfortable double bed, tea and coffee making facilities. The room includes a TV and a hairdryer and once again the en-suite has shower and bath facilities. There is complimentary Wi-Fi in all of the rooms so you can plan your day over that first cup of tea or coffee in the morning.

For a romantic getaway we have wonderful double rooms with a seaside view. These are all en-suite and come with all of the facilities that you need for a comfortable stay.

We also have twin rooms for the pairs of explorers coming to the Isle of Wight. These are nice and comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities and everything that you may need during your stay.

For the families we have our family rooms. There is comfortable beds in these rooms and once again they are all en-suite.
